THE ARTIST
Drew has 20 years of experience (she started at age 10 with her first jewelry brand) designing and beading jewelry. She is currently studying metalsmithing and incorporating hand-fabricated silver accent pieces into designs. Drew is obsessed with collecting and working with gemstones. One of the first books she purchased at age 9 was Judy Hall's The Crystal Bible. She's not new to this, been true to it.

THE MATERIALS
dos22's ethos is quality over quantity and beauty not perfection. Gemstones are A quality or greater. Upcycled elements incorporated are purchased from vintage dealers or purchased from local charity resale shops. Everything is bespokely handmade with loving energy.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our materials, all items are final sale. Returns are not accepted.
CARE
Take care of your jewelry and it will last you a lifetime, maybe even generations (we shall see :)). Gemstones are ancient, they have been around and seen some things, but we still must be gentle with them. Here are tips for taking care of your pieces:
- BE GENTLE. For heaven's sake, there is literally vintage glass in some pieces!! Avoid banging against hard surfaces and dropping.
- NO WATER, SWEAT, OR OIL. Keep it high and dry.
- RECHARGE. Give it a little rest. Let the crystals recharge in the moonlight (if you're about that life).
- STORAGE. Store in an individual soft pouch (ie the provided velvet bag) to prevent breakage and scratching from other pieces.
- CLEAN. Clean with a damp soft cloth only as needed. Silver pieces can be polished with a polishing cloth.
REPAIRS
Life happens. Dogs and babies love to yank at jewelry. Worst case scenario, we got you! Send an email (drew@dos-22.com) and it will be sorted out with a redesign (recreating the exact piece is nearly impossible). Please note that repair fees are decided on a case-by-case basis and begin at $50.
